Our small international church has had some difficult times in the past couple of years. Our congregation was declining, the services were dreary and we didn’t look forward to gathering. People chose to stay home rather than join in the worship. However, we recently had the opportunity to revive the service and offered to help in leading worship. We put together a worship team and stepped back to let them lead. Immediately, things started to change!
Joy and life abound in the services again. People who stopped coming have returned. People who stuck it out have seen a resurgence in the service. We have started advertising on social media and people are joining. It has been such a blessing to see our church come alive again. We look forward to the day when the pews are full, and people are worshiping our Lord together.
