Through Annette Ellard’s presence in Louisville, KY, she has built many relationships with people in the Karen community. They have shown up for her when she needed them so that leaders from CBF could see how important their work is. And Annette has shown up for them, working to help and offering the gift of friendship. Annette is a calming presence as she shows up for people in the hospital and for people taking citizenship tests.
