Short-Term Missions

CBF provides the opportunity for teams and individuals to partner alongside CBF Field Personnel and mission partners to participate in ongoing mission work based on mutual relational and sustainable values. This important program has teams of hundreds of volunteers who engage in missions around the world, and we are excited to offer these volunteer opportunities with CBF.

We hope the short-term mission experience will bless you, your congregation, and your host.

All volunteers are required to:

• Complete background checks (ages 18+)
• Complete a waiver acknowledging the realities of your responsibilities when engaging in volunteer missions service
• Take online Child Protection Training through our partner services
• Comply with contextual requirements
• Take online CBF Missiology training through our partner services.
• For international trips, it is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance. See below for more details
• Complete an orientation supplied by the mission partner.
• Check with the mission partner and country state department to identity and obtain any needed vaccines
