Mission Bite #245: Paper Flowers

A pile of tissue paper, napkins, and crepe paper along with some pipe cleaners and wire can make for a fun afternoon of making friends and building relationships. With COVID restrictions in Slovakia, group meetings have been forbidden for about 6 months. Now, with vaccinations and decreased number of COVID cases, we can begin to meet together in small numbers. At the Samuel House in Vazec, SK, a few women got together to talk, laugh, and learn how to make paper flowers. A simple lesson to bring us together again and enjoy spending time with others.

Un montón de papel de seda, servilletas y papel crepé, junto con algunos limpiapipas y alambre, pueden constituir una tarde divertida para hacer amigos y entablar relaciones. Con las restricciones del COVID-19 en Eslovaquia, las reuniones en grupos han estado prohibidas durante aproximadamente seis meses. Ahora, con las vacunas y la disminución del número de casos del COVID-19, podemos empezar a reunirnos en pequeños grupos. En la Casa de Samuel en Vazec, SK, algunas mujeres se reunieron para hablar, reír y aprender a hacer flores de papel. Una lección simple para unirnos nuevamente y disfrutar de poder pasar tiempo con los demás.
