Support:
Black Clergy Called To Work in White Space:
Black Clergy Called to White Space have a unique call and experience. This PAK affinity group was formed to encourage, support, equip and create safe space for black clergy. Through this initiative CBF will create resources for black clergy and white congregations who seek to diversify their staff so they might mitigate harm and create a healthier call experience.

Young Black and Baptist (YBB)
Young Black and Baptist (YBB) facilitates community among black seminarians across the fellowship to build connections, provide service opportunities and empower students.
In addition to relating to CBF Partner School's Young Black and Baptist continues to form and foster relationships with historically black universities and colleges including Interdemonational Theological Center and Simmons College. Here is a list of participating schools.
