Rising Star Church serves in the heart of Flint, MI. Their ministry, Wellness Check Wednesday, offers a safe space for community conversation, reflection, refocus, and fellowship. They are seeking to expand their Wellness Check Wednesday by incorporating group counseling sessions to improve the health of the community following the Flint Water Crisis.
