CBF’s “Thriving Together” umbrella encompasses three interconnected initiatives: Thriving Congregations, which helps churches develop five key traits (Compelling Clarity, Rooted Relationships, Dynamic Collaboration, Holy Tenacity, and Faithful Agility) along with freely downloadable resources; Thriving Children, an initiative equipping congregations to safeguard children, welcome families with neurodivergent children, and support creative worship and spiritual formation; and Clergy Support, which helps ministers flourish through peer connection, mutual encouragement, and professional growth programs. Together, these initiatives reflect CBF’s broader vision of equipping churches to spread hope, serve their communities, and experience transformation that only comes through the love and example of Jesus Christ.
